WHAT CRITICS SAY
"Revealing Mental Physiography"
Of particular interest are the watercolors of Efi Moutafi-Panou.
It is a classic case of how the artist can reveal his mental physiognomy.
She found, when she was able to remove herself from the shackles of the objective impression that acted as a deterrent to her inspiration, that what preceded her temperament was poetically lyrical. And from this starting point he created a work of great sensitivity and inspiration.
She creates works that are diffused in their internal processing and yet touch reality as a primal stimulus. We take the case of Efi Moutafi as an example to say that there are many roads that lead to creation, as long as someone has something of their own to present. It was still right that her visual instinct led her to the branch of watercolor, because this lyrical speech matches the lightest material with the strongest transparency.
And one is happy how successfully Efi Moutafi used it for her visual speech.
